VALENTINE'S DAY PICKS FOR YOU ROCKSTAR MOMS
Posted on 05 February 2017
We do have some great looks for your lil' rockstars to show their love this Valentine's Day but how about some looks for us rockstar moms. I love to go out and celebrate Valentine's Day with my husband. Sometimes it's a big family day and we end up having a ton of fun and sometimes we get to be adults and get all dressed up to go out and pretend we're dating again.
When I think about getting something fun to go out in I have my 3 go-to stores - Intermix, Anthropologie and Free People. I am predominantly an on-line shopper so I instantly go to my favorites and see what fun pieces I can find. I found such great looks I had to share them with you. I broke them down into price categories depending on the evening you have planned.
Suede Dress(Free People)
$250 to $350
Nicole Rose Twist(Free People)
Millie Dress(Free People)
Alexis Pink Top(Intermix)
Retro Love Suede Dress(Free People)
Asymmetrical Wrap Dress(Anthropologie)
There are some great tops here if you already have a favorite skirt or pair of pants you want to wear like the Malia top and Alexis pink top. If you have an elegant evening evening planned and want to go all out, I absolutely love all of these dresses. They can always be worn again for any formal affair or cocktail party. Or if you're planning a more casual evening, the asymmetrical wrap dress is great over a pair of jeans as well.
Then there's my favorite tailor in the whole world, Nancy Sinoway, that is located right in my home town of Port Washington. She also has some pretty cool designs herself. One of her many talents includes tutu creations with an edge for adults. This is right up our alley. I went to go pick something up last week and of course she had one for Valentine's Day.
It's a fun time to get dolled up and enjoy the season of love.
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!
